Key Features

The MagnaFlow HM Grade Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter 23320 is engineered for specific fitment on the 1994-2002 Nissan Quest and 1994-1997 Mercury Villager. This product is designed to replace OE parts 20020-0B711 and 20020-0B710, ensuring compatibility and compliance with Federal emissions standards.

Constructed from highly durable stainless steel, this catalytic converter features a ceramic substrate that provides optimal exhaust flow while maintaining stringent emissions control. The bolt-on inlet attachment allows for easy installation without the need for cutting or welding, making it a practical choice for DIY mechanics.

MagnaFlow utilizes advanced metrology techniques, including 3D scanning, during the development of this part, ensuring it fits and functions like the original equipment. The single laser fusion weld design minimizes the risk of leaks, while the compact, low-mass structure enhances thermal efficiency.

Installation Notes

Installation is straightforward, with all necessary mounting hardware included. To ensure a proper seal and avoid exhaust leaks, use the provided gaskets during installation. This catalytic converter fits in the front position of the exhaust system.
