Please note that all cancelled orders incur a minimum 5% fee (which may vary by product; see details below). This charge covers non-refundable payment processing fees and other overhead expenses incurred by Aklaim Tuning.
Standard Returns Aklaim Tuning gladly accepts returns for most unopened, unused products within 15 days of delivery. Please note the following exceptions and rules:

International Orders: We cannot process returns for items shipped outside the US and Canada due to carrier restrictions.

Restocking Fees: Returned hardware items incur a 15% restocking fee. Your refund will be processed once the items are returned to our facility and inspected.

Software & Tuning Devices: Orders for tunes, tuning cables, and tuning dongles are non-refundable once they have been fulfilled and shipped out.

Made-to-Order & 3rd Party Items: Per our manufacturer agreements, certain items (like custom wire harnesses) are non-refundable. We always note this on the specific product page.

Shipping Costs: All shipping fees are non-refundable, as we cannot recoup costs from third-party shipping carriers. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item is a rental service that includes a prepaid label.
Fitment & Compatibility:
Customers are fully responsible for confirming product fitment before completing a purchase. The fitment guides on our website are helpful tools, but they do not guarantee compatibility with your specific vehicle. To be safe, always check your vehicle's manual, consult a professional mechanic, or review the manufacturer's specs. Standard return policies and restocking fees apply to items returned due to incompatibility.
Price Matching:
Because our pricing is dictated directly by our suppliers, Aklaim Tuning does not offer price matching or price adjustments against other retailers.
