DBA 5000 Series 2-Piece Slotted Rotor with Black Hat - Front for Audi A6 Quattro 4.2L (1994-2004)

If you're looking to upgrade your Audi A6 Quattro's braking system, the DBA 5000 Series 2-Piece Slotted Rotor with Black Hat is a fantastic choice. Designed specifically for the 4.2L models from 1994 to 2004, this rotor not only fits perfectly but also enhances your driving experience with its outstanding performance features.

High-Quality Construction

The 5000 Series rotors are crafted as a composite 2-piece direct replacement, ensuring a seamless fit for your vehicle. Made from high carbon cast iron rings paired with aerospace-grade aluminum hats (T6061-T6), these rotors are built to withstand even the most demanding conditions. The assembly is secured with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts, offering you peace of mind while you drive.

Lightweight Design

One of the standout features of the 5000 Series is its innovative use of aluminum hats. This design significantly reduces unsprung weight, which helps improve your vehicle's handling and responsiveness. Plus, the aluminum hats promote uniform radial disc expansion, ensuring that your brakes perform consistently, even during high-stress situations.

Improved Heat Management

Heat management is crucial for maintaining optimal braking performance, and the DBA 5000 Series excels in this area. The aluminum hats help to minimize heat transfer from the disc to the hub, allowing your brakes to stay cooler and perform better. This is especially beneficial for high-performance street driving, track days, and rally applications.

Flexible Replacement Options

Whether you're replacing your entire brake assembly or just a component, the DBA 5000 Series has you covered. You can choose complete assemblies that come with both the hats and flat discs already bolted together, or opt for replacement hats and flat disc rotors separately. This flexibility means you can easily reuse your existing DBA 5000 Series hats with new flat discs whenever needed.

Perfect for Performance Enthusiasts

For those who demand the best from their vehicles, the DBA 5000 Series is highly recommended for high-performance street vehicles, track day enthusiasts, club racing, and even show cars. Upgrade your Audi A6 Quattro's braking system with these rotors and enjoy a noticeable difference in performance and reliability.
